Jean-Michel Jarre, visionary artist and pioneer of electronic music, is ready to transform the stage of Piazza San Marco into an unprecedented immersive experience, blending art, technology and music in a unique event.
The appointment is for Thursday 3 July 2025, at 9 pm, when the famous musician will arrive in the living room of Venice (and the world) for an exclusive concert promoted by Veneto Jazz, with Influxus, Eventi Verona and Concerto Music, in collaboration with Città di Venezia and Vela. An undisputed master of electronics and a precursor of multimedia, Jarre continues to write the soundtrack of the future, breaking down the barriers between sound, space and imagination. The Venetian event will be one of only two Italian dates of the tour, both hosted in symbolic places of the World Heritage: Piazza San Marco in Venice and the Amphitheatre of the Excavations of Pompeii, in a musical journey that blends history and avant-garde.
The Jean-Michel Jarre concert in Piazza San Marco is organized by Veneto Jazz with Influxus, Eventi Verona and Concerto Music, in collaboration with the City of Venice and Vela, as part of the XVII edition of the Venice Jazz Festival.
